These Terms of Service govern the use of SMS/text messaging services provided by In Good Health. By opting into our messaging program, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Program Description

In Good Health operates an SMS messaging program designed to ensure optimal customer support and respond to service-related inquiries. The program includes the following message types: appointment confirmations and reminders, follow-up communications related to your treatment, responses to service inquiries and questions, and marketing promotions regarding treatment options and special offers (only if you have provided separate marketing consent).

Opt-In and Consent

To subscribe to the SMS service, you must opt in by providing your mobile phone number and checking the appropriate consent checkbox(es) on our booking form at ingoodhealthlv.com/contact-us. By opting in, you authorize In Good Health to send you text messages at the mobile number provided.

Message Frequency and Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with our service. In Good Health is not responsible for any charges incurred by you from your wireless carrier.

Opt-Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to 702-849-0638. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Age Restriction

By using this service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18 years old, you may not use or access our services or opt into our messaging program.
